Under the leadership of Executive Chef Shane Ram Daniel, the resort welcomes Akshay Gusain as Chef de Cuisine. Bringing with him extensive experience from renowned luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott in India, Chef Gusain will lead the planning and execution of bespoke Indian wedding menus, ensuring each celebration reflects the richness and diversity of Indian culinary traditions.
Supporting him is Sachin Negi, appointed Demi Chef de Partie, who brings valuable expertise from Radisson Blu Hotel and The LaLiT Hotel in India, contributing to the seamless delivery of large-scale wedding banquets and curated dining experiences.
The team is further strengthened by Pankaj Dhobal, Junior Sous Chef, whose career spans leading Marriott International brands including Le Méridien and Sheraton, and Rinku Singh, who joins as Halwai, specializing in traditional Indian sweets and confectionery. His experience with prestigious brands such as St. Regis and Fairmont brings an added layer of authenticity to celebratory offerings.
With this strengthened culinary team, the resort is well-positioned to offer an extensive range of regional Indian cuisines, including vegetarian and Jain menus, interactive live cooking stations, and traditional wedding elements tailored to each celebration.
