FUTURE LIFE INVESTMENTS RECOGNISES OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Future Life Investments, which marks a decade of operations in Sri Lanka’s microfinance sector, recently held its employee convention to recognise outstanding performers during the first two quarters of the 2026/27 financial year. Attended by more than 900 employees, the event celebrated exceptional performance with a range of rewards, including awards, certificates, overseas trips and new motor vehicles.
The convention, held under the leadership of the company’s senior management, recognised achievements at both individual and branch levels. Selected members of the ‘FLI Eagles’ were also honoured for their outstanding performance. The initiative underscored the company’s commitment to recognising employee dedication, efficiency and contribution towards achieving organisational goals.
The event also featured a series of programmes designed to support employees’ professional and personal development. These sessions focused on helping employees identify challenges in the workplace and in their personal lives, explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, and foster a corporate culture built on teamwork and collaboration.
Under its theme, ‘Beyond Limits, with Confidence’, Future Life Investments continues to work towards achieving its objectives for the 2026/27 financial year. The company currently operates through a network of 63 branches across Sri Lanka, providing financial services and guidance to more than 150,000 female members.
