Q: Could you shed light on how Advantis’ brand journey powers its growth trajectory?

A: Our purpose at Advantis is to provide inspiring solutions that connect people with opportunities and enrich lives. As a diversified organisation, we offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions, equipping us to navigate the complex challenges of our sector.

Amidst the rapid growth of the transportation and logistics sector in Asia, driven by expanding economies, population growth and a burgeoning middle class, we recognise significant potential. We strategically entered regional markets at the right time, aligning with well-suited local partners and are dedicated to a targeted strategy for sustained regional growth.

Q: How does Advantis navigate diverse markets?

A: Advantis has strategically expanded into the vibrant market in Thailand, marking our presence in eight countries across South Asia and Southeast Asia, spanning India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, the Maldives, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Our expansion is more than merely geographical: it’s a commitment to forming local connections, comprehensively understanding diverse markets and delivering solutions that meet each region’s specific needs.

Q: In what way does your people-centric approach inspire your employees?

A: Advantis’ distinct culture, admired even by competitors, is rooted in our people-centric approach. To enhance this, we initiated an employee led cultural assessment, culminating in the Advantis DNA project.

This project spanned over 20 months and engaged four generations of employees, emphasising the cultivation of the human touch and essential cultural aspects. The initiative consumed approximately 3,000 senior management hours.
