National telecommunications services provider Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) entered into a partnership with John Keells Properties (JKP) and John Keells Information Technology (JKIT) to implement a turnkey smart living solution developed for JKP’s upcoming projects.

The comprehensive solution looks to offer seamless connectivity between the building, hardware, software and telecommunication services, and is said to provide security, comfort, convenience and improved energy efficiency.

SLT will reportedly provide JKP with services including fibreoptic connectivity, customer support and solutions integrity, together with JKIT.

The first JKP development to showcase these smart living solutions will be the 53 storey Tri-Zen project, which is scheduled for completion in early 2023.
