The achievement celebrates and acknowledges businesses that are consistent in maintaining a service level of superior quality. The achievement is earned through great traveler reviews and Mount Lavinia Hotel has not fallen short in creating a welcoming atmosphere to the many travelers who visit the hotel year on year.
