BANK OF CEYLON AND NETH FM SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCT ‘YOU ARE A LEADER 2026’ STUDENT LEADERSHIP CAMP IN MATARA
With the aim of empowering the next generation of leaders, Bank of Ceylon (BOC), in collaboration with Neth FM, successfully conducted the three-day ‘You Are a Leader 2026’ Student Leadership Camp on 9, 10 and 11 October 2026 at Kotapola National School in Matara.
The programme focused on developing leadership capabilities among schoolchildren and nurturing a generation of responsible leaders equipped to face future challenges. It provided a platform to strengthen students’ leadership skills, self-confidence, teamwork and decision-making abilities.
Recognising the importance of nurturing competent, responsible and visionary young leaders for the country’s future development, Bank of Ceylon continues to contribute to youth empowerment and social development through initiatives such as this leadership camp.
