The winner of the National Costume Competition, the highly-anticipated subsidiary event of the Miss Tourism Metropolitan International (MTMI) 2019, was unveiled after a catwalk extravaganza at NagaWorld1 Lobby Stage.

Marsha Sheron Martin from Sri Lanka bagged the ‘Best in National Costume’ award after she was shortlisted in the top 5 among 30 ravishing delegates from all over the world that showcased their unique cultural identities through their national costumes.

Joining Ms Sheron Martin in the Top 5 was co-contestants from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. With the catwalk over, local designer The Prive showcased its latest Cambodian-inspired fashion collection before the announcement of the winner.

After successfully hosting the MTMI World Final in 2016, NagaWorld returned as the official hotel for MTMI for a second time. The event will be streamed in more than 80 countries worldwide. Besides the crowning of Miss Tourism Metropolitan International 2019, awards will be presented to the top 4 runners-up as well as ‘Best In Talent’, ‘Miss Friendship’ and ‘Miss Photogenic’.
