Sri Lanka will introduce a five-year multiple entry tourist visa with a six-month stay for 35 countries, Minister of Tourism Harin Fernando says.
In a tweet posted on his official account today, the lawmaker said the Cabinet of Ministers has green-lighted the proposal.
In addition to the 1 yr multiple entry & single entry tourists visas which have 6 months stay period (previously 30 days) cabinet has approved a 5 yr multiple entry tourist visa w/ 6 months stay for 35 countries. To help boost repeat tourism in SL. #visitsrilanka #SriLankaCan
