This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, deeply reflects Nyne Hotels’ values, reinforcing the belief that empowering women is both a moral responsibility and a strategic advantage that drives innovation and excellence.

Over the years, Nayantara Fonseka, the visionary behind Nyne Hotels, has personally mentored and guided more than 200 women and men, many of whom have gone on to become successful entrepreneurs. Her hands-on approach to leadership development underscores the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and ensuring that every individual reaches their full potential.
