Flexiprint shines at National Business Excellence Awards again

Flexiprint Private Limited, a leader in the packaging industry of Sri Lanka, bagged the Merit Award in the Printing and Related Services Sector at the National Business Excellence Awards 2022 organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC). Flexiprint Team including its Managing Director (MD) Sathis Abeywickrama received the Award from Deputy President of CCC, Kavinda Rajapaksa at a glorious event held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo.

Widely known for its premium quality tea bag tags and tea bag covers for both local and international tea markets, Flexiprint was the first packaging company in Sri Lanka to manufacture premium tea packaging using Flexography technology and ink mixed with water (Water Base).

Flexiprint, which was inaugurated in 1994 with one machine and 10 employees, is now a well-known company with eight machines and nearly 275 employees. It has excellent technical know-how to deliver any order at any scale on time. Flexiprint’s product portfolio includes a variety of tea packaging including tea bag tags, tea bag covers and pyramid-shaped tea covers. The Company is unique in providing services to a wide range of customers by identifying each customer’s needs separately, and maintaining a sound relationship with them.
