Q: How should corporates instil en-vironmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) practices in their operations so that they contribute to garnering corporate respect?

A: To earn corporate respect through ESG practices, companies must align business growth with sustainability goals and proac-tively anticipate future challenges.

At Dialog, we embody this philosophy by integrating ESG practices into our strate-gic planning and aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

It is also crucial to track the performance of our sustainability goals and take corrective action to ensure we remain on course.

We are committed to minimising our en-vironmental impact by setting ambitious goals, such as achieving net zero CO2 emis-sions by 2030 through renewable ener-gy projects, waste management program-mes, adherence to ISO 14001:2015 Environ-mental Management System certi-fication and seeking innovative ways to reduce our ecological footprint while making a positive contribution to communities we serve.

We hold ISO certifications for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Infor-mation Security Management Systems (ISO 27001:2022) and Privacy Information Management Systems (ISO 27701:2019), making us the first telecommunications provider in the country to earn these.

Additionally, we continually enhance our governance framework, reinforce com-p-liance and data privacy measures, and improve cybersecurity.
