Showcases Latest Eye Care Technologies at the Mini Congress of the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka
24th July 2024, Colombo: Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s leading vision, hearing and eyewear solutions provider recently introduced its latest technologies and procedures for eye care at the Mini Congress organized by the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka. The two-day event concluded successfully, attracting a significant number of local and international consultant ophthalmologists, doctors, and professionals in the field.
Consultant ophthalmologists engaged in comprehensive discussions covering various advanced topics in the field. They explored Oculoplasty, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology, and the management of Ocular Inflammation and Infections. The discussions also included modern Investigations in Ophthalmology, handling Ocular Emergencies, and Cornea/Refractive Surgery, highlighted through an interactive quiz. Additionally, they participated in a controversies debate, ensuring a thorough examination of these critical areas within the field.
The primary objective of the congress was to raise awareness about advancements in the field, present the latest research findings, and introduce new eye care procedures.
