Q: What is the main challenge facing women who aspire to reach the top in the corporate world?

“Being a working mother, I see the main challenge faced by women at present as being striking a balance between their corporate lives and personal lives, and having the discipline to differentiate between the two so that neither is overlooked. Therefore, it is essential for organisations to ensure that young female professionals are guided and empowered to be leaders in the corporate world, by providing flexible working environments that enable employees to strike a balance between work and family.
