SRI LANKA ECONOMIC SUMMIT
Blueprint for Economic Transformation at the Sri Lanka Economic Summit
The concluding session of the Sri Lanka Economic Summit organised by The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will explore a ‘Plan for Economic Transformation’, to position Sri Lanka on a strong and sustainable growth trajectory.
Conducted under the theme Shaping Sri Lanka’s Future: Transformational Growth Rooted in Sound Economic Policies, the SLES will be held on January 28th and 29th at the Shangri La Hotel, Colombo.
The session will build on the insights shared throughout the summit, offering a platform for key policymakers and institutional leaders overseeing portfolios such as Finance, Entrepreneurship, SME Development, Investment, Exports, and State-Owned Enterprises to articulate a cohesive strategy for the nation’s economic progress.
The panel discussion will feature Dr. Harshana Suriyapperuma, Hon. Deputy Minister of Finance & Planning, Hon. Chathuranga Abeysinghe, Deputy Minister of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, Mr. Arjuna Herath, Chairman of the Board of Investment, and Mr. Mangala Wijesinghe, Chairman of the Export Development Board, and will be moderated by Ms. Kasturi C Wilson, Board Member of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
