Pan Asia Bank spearheaded an initiative to elevate Sri Lanka’s tourism industry through strategic upskilling, partnering with the National Chamber of Commerce and the Uva Tourism Bureau. The bank hosted a workshop in Ella, featuring key stakeholders and industry experts. Discussions covered service excellence, new trends, health and safety, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and banking services. The event included speeches, presentations, and group activities on tourism challenges, entrepreneurship, and cash flow management. The workshop was conducted by Sarath Dias-Bandaranayake, with notable attendees including Chrisman Fonseka (Senior Manager, Development Banking Division), Naleen Edirisinghe (Director/CEO), N.G.R.D.
