CHEC Port City Colombo, recently joined hands signing an agreement with Realty Management Services Pvt Ltd (RMS), a fully own subsidiary of Overseas Realty (Ceylon)PLC to enhance facility management operations of the first downtown duty-free mall in Sri Lanka.
Under the terms of the agreement, Realty Management Services Pvt Ltd will provide a comprehensive suite of facility management to Port City Colombo, which includes MEP and soft services.
