DIMANTHA SENEVIRATNE TAKES OVER AS CEO

National Development Bank (NDB) commenced its business operations for 2017 with religious blessings and by welcoming the leadership of Dimantha Seneviratne, who took over office as Director/CEO of NDB. Seneviratne counts more than 26 years of experience in the banking sector, of which the last three years were with Pan Asia Banking Corporation (PABC), where he functioned as Director/CEO. He was instrumental in turning around PABC and transforming it into a high-performing mid-sized player in the industry. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with the HSBC Group, where he held key senior management positions including several senior overseas postings covering Thailand, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia.
