Latest Sony OLED TV and Hi-Fi Audio Range now at Singer

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka–Singer Sri Lanka PLC, a household name in consumer durables and a diversified company in the country introduced a range of new TV and Audio products from Sony Electronics to the Sri Lankan market. The new product additions were officially launched at the Hilton Colombo.

The launch included a range of new products under the Bravia OLED Series of TVs which are regarded as the best premium end products in the world today. Along with this, a new product was also presented under the Sony Headphones range. The newly upgraded range of TVs include the A8G 4K OLED TV Series, X850G Series, X70G 4K HDR Smart TV and the W6G  2K TV Series.

Sony also expanded its audio products portfolio with the introduction of three new models to its high-power audio range; the MHC-V82D, MHC-V42D, MHC-V02 and an exciting new outdoor one-box party speaker: the GTK-PG10.

Sony introduced the new A8G series, Sony’s new flagship 4K OLED TV which is designed with a very slim form factor, available in 77’’, 65’’ and 55’’ display sizes. The OLED technology allows the viewers to experience images through its super wide viewing angle through precise contrast and absolute blacks of OLED technology. Its uniqueness is further augmented through its triluminos colour display and Smart TV OS. The A8G adopts Sony’s unique 4K HDR picture processor-X1™ Extreme, and the Acoustic Surface Audio technology which not only gives high visual quality but awe-inspiring sound as well. The A8G series comes with 8 million self-illuminating OLED pixels bring significantly enriched visual experience. X850G Series feature 4K HDR Processor X1 and the vibrant triluminos Display which enhances colour accuracy. X850G series comes in 75”, 65” & 55” models. The X70G 4K HDR TV series which comes in 55’’ and 43’’ models utilizes 4K X-Reality PRO to render stunning detail with Sony’s unique algorithm of reality creation database for any content, such as TV broadcasting, DVD, BLU ray disc, internet video and digital photos and also comes with the vibrant Triluminos display. The W6G series features X-Reality™ PRO picture processing which upscales every pixel for exceptional picture clarity and encompasses clear Audio+ feature.

The newly introduced audio systems are MHC-V82D, MHC-V42D and MHC-V02 series which are capable of filling large party spaces with its high performance features. The new Jet Bass Booster available in MHC-V82D, MHC-V42D, MHC-V02 creates clear, deep and space filling bass through its carefully designed tapered speaker and duct shape. This means that air velocity is faster and the bass is projected further with even more impact.
