Technology, Governance, and Sector Expertise
Sashiprabha brings over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, with specialized expertise in governance, regulation, risk resilience, and the formulation of derivatives and financial instruments. She previously served as CISO at BoardPAC and Director – Client and Technical Delivery, in addition to overseeing the company’s ESG initiatives.
A certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, Sashiprabha was also tasked with leading Financial Services Thought Leadership initiatives at KPMG, including contributions to the Sri Lanka Banking Perspectives and Sri Lanka Insurance Report in addition to working on national-level policy development with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce on accelerating GDP growth through digital innovation and serving as Programme Director for a Government of Sri Lanka, World Bank–funded initiative assessing cyber readiness of national critical infrastructure ahead of the Cyber Security Act.
