JAT Holdings Pioneers Industry-First Loyalty Program to Transform Lives of Painters and Carpenters

XXX January 2025, Colombo: JAT Holdings has revolutionized the way loyalty programs serve daily wage earning painters and carpenters – JAT’s key stakeholders, with the relaunch of its JAT Loyalty Program. Designed to uplift the lives of painters and carpenters, the unsung heroes of the paint and coating industry. The revamped program extends beyond conventional rewards to address their professional and livelihood development through rewards which extend to not only the painter but also their families.

JAT Holdings has also taken a groundbreaking step by introducing a comprehensive insurance scheme that extends coverage to painters and their families. This first-of-its-kind benefit in the industry offers critical health and financial protection, safeguarding the well-being of these hardworking individuals and their loved ones. Recognizing the importance of education, the program now offers the SISU Waruna cash prize for children who excel in scholarship exams and the Sarasavai Athwela grant for those entering local universities. Additionally, JAT provides essential schoolbooks and educational resources, further supporting the next generation.

Launched at Raffles Hotel, Nugegoda, on 3rd December 2024, in the presence of 100 painters who were presented with the new loyalty insurance scheme with increased loyalty points, the program introduces a new tiered structure: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, which are tailored to reward painters based on their engagement and loyalty. By converting loyalty points into monetary benefits through an exclusive Commercial Bank debit card, JAT Holdings ensures that painters can save or withdraw funds, granting them unprecedented financial independence. The initiative is specifically designed for daily wage earners who typically lack access to formal banking systems, providing them a much-needed lifeline.

The relaunch underscores JAT Holdings’ commitment to addressing the challenges faced by painters. By prioritizing their personal and professional growth, the program not only strengthens their financial standing but also provides opportunities for their families to thrive.

“Our painters and carpenters are more than just customers, they are partners in our success,” said Dilshan Rodrigo, Director Marketing, JAT Holdings. “This revamped loyalty program is a reflection of our deep appreciation for their contributions. We are committed to empowering them with tools and support that extend far beyond their work, creating a future where their families can flourish.”

The event was a testament to the enduring bond between JAT Holdings and its customers. Attended by company leadership, including the CEO and Directors, as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze tier members, the occasion celebrated the transformative impact of the program.

With its unwavering focus on inclusivity and innovation, JAT Holdings is set to further expand the loyalty program, ensuring long-term support and prosperity for the painters and carpenters who form the backbone of its success.
