ICC PROPERTIES PARTNERS WITH HNB TO OFFER FLEXIBLE FINANCING SOLUTIONS

International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd (ICC), Sri Lanka’s leading contractor, engineering solutions provider, and property developer, has signed a strategic partnership with HNB PLC, the country’s most trusted and innovative private sector bank, to promote homeownership and provide greater access to ICC’s property portfolio.
The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will enable prospective homebuyers to benefit from attractive and flexible financing solutions offered by HNB. Combined with ICC’s four decades of expertise in housing, engineering, and infrastructure, the initiative is set to create greater confidence and value for property buyers.
As part of the agreement, ICC and HNB will roll out co-branded promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and host an exclusive Open Day for prospective homeowners, offering a one-stop opportunity to explore ICC’s properties and customized financial options.
ICC Managing Director, Mr. Namal Peiris, said:
“Our partnership with HNB is a significant step towards making homeownership more accessible. By combining our construction expertise with HNB’s financial products, we can deliver real value to homebuyers and contribute to the growth of Sri Lanka’s housing sector.”
HNB Head of Retail Banking, Mr. Kanchana Karunagama, added:
“This collaboration strengthens our ability to offer financing solutions tailored to the needs of Sri Lankans aspiring to own quality homes. Partnering with ICC allows us to combine financial expertise with trusted construction, giving our customers greater confidence in their investment.”
The MoU, valid until 31st December 2026, also outlines joint responsibilities for awareness and promotional initiatives to reach a wider audience of homebuyers.
With a track record of over 40 years, ICC continues to shape Sri Lanka’s built environment by delivering high-quality construction, engineering, and real estate projects — building not just homes, but stronger communities.
