Receives “Great Place to Work®” Certification

Colombo, Friday 03rd September 2021: Google’s largest and only local Premier Partner in Sri Lanka since 2010, Finetech Consultancy recently acquired certification as a “Great Place to Work”. The certification granted by independent consultants Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka certifies that Finetech’s working environment, human resource strategies and overall culture is employee-friendly. The credential is awarded after the 2 lens methodology comprising of the Trust Index© Employee Survey and the Culture Audit© analysis framework survey is carried out and the results match the global qualification criteria required to be a Great Workplace.

Speaking on this achievement Finetech Consultancy’s Founder and Director/CEO Clehan Pulle noted, “From the inception of Finetech more than a decade ago our strongest asset has been our employees. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture assessment and the surveys they carry out are specially designed for the relevant industry. This ensures that the most accurate results are obtained.

In the survey carried out among Finetech’s employees, it was found that employees find their organization to be one that puts employee needs first, takes in to consideration employee feedback when creating policies and making changes, provides employees with tools and other necessities to complete their job roles, and goes above and beyond to make work-life balance a reality, among other criteria.

“Special mention must be made of the initiatives taken by Finetech during the last year. Despite the pandemic, subsequent lockdown and the economic turmoil, we took a conscious decision to not let go of any of our employees. We made strategic changes, and despite difficulties faced during this period we continued to take care of the personal needs of our staff and supported them in every possible way. We also took additional precautionary measures within our premises and allowed staff to work from home to ensure safety for everyone”, added Pulle.
