FITIS Workshop on “Emotional Intelligence for Sales Professionals”

Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) has organized a workshop on “Emotional Intelligence for Sales Professionals” on the 4th July 2019 at 9.00am to 4.30pm at Bartleet House, Colombo 2.

The objective of this programme is to educate the participants on the principles and concepts of “Emotional Intelligence” and to highlight to participants how the concept of Emotional Intelligence helps in the attainment of sales targets. This will be an interactive workshop style programme with ample opportunities for audience participation. Training tools such as power point presentations by the trainer, individual and group exercises and video based learning for better engagement of participants. Few of the topics covered by this workshop are the Concept of “Emotional Intelligence”, the need of EQ than IQ for salespersons, the emotional competence framework, emotional tendencies that guide or facilitate salespersons reaching goals / targets, and using emotional intelligence to tackle buyer objections and rejections
