In addition to this landmark win, Emojot also secured the Silver Award in Retail & Distribution (Consumer Category) for its Retail CX Transformation solution, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing how retailers capture feedback, analyze sentiment, and deliver customer-centric experiences. Significantly, it was the only awardee in its category, with no Gold or Bronze presented, underscoring Emojot’s unmatched innovation and impact on retail experience transformation.
