His career includes roles as Senior Sous Chef at The River Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay at The Savoy Hotel, London; Head Chef at Paradise Soho, London, and Kolamba, London; and Second Chef at Restaurant Fraiche by Marc Wilkinson, a Michelin-starred and 4 Rosette-awarded establishment.
