Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo Shines at Culinary Art Food Expo 2025, Securing Most Outstanding Overall Hotel Championship Trophy
Colombo, Sri Lanka – Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo proudly announces its outstanding performance at the 22nd edition of the Culinary Art Food Expo (CAFE) 2025, held from 13 to 15 June at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre (SBMEC) in Colombo.
Organised by the Chefs Guild of Lanka in collaboration with the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and CDC Events, CAFE 2025 is South Asia’s premier food, beverage, and hospitality exhibition. This year’s event brought together over 3,000 chefs from Sri Lanka and around the world to compete in one of Asia’s largest culinary competitions.
Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s culinary team demonstrated exceptional talent and creativity, securing an impressive total of 62 medals: 3 Gold Excellence, 20 Gold, 27 Silver, and 12 Bronze. The team excelled across multiple categories, showcasing their versatility and culinary mastery.
