Blue Lotus 360 and University of Colombo Join Forces to Advance ERP Education in Sri Lanka

Colombo, Sri Lanka – 16 June 2025 – In a significant step towards bridging the gap between academia and industry, Blue Lotus 360, a leading provider of Cloud ERP and HRM solutions, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Colombo, one of Sri Lanka’s most prestigious higher education institutions.

This partnership aims to provide students with hands-on exposure to real-world ERP technologies, preparing them for the evolving demands of the digital business landscape. By integrating Blue Lotus 360’s Cloud ERP platform into academic programs, the collaboration will enable students to gain practical experience in enterprise software, digital transformation, and process automation.

The MoU was made possible through the leadership and support of Professor Nihal Padmasiri, Dean, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo and Mr. Ranaweerage Senior Lecturer and Coordinator, whose vision for equipping students with industry-relevant skills played a pivotal role in establishing this partnership.
