BIMT Launches Management Skills Development Programme in Collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK
BIMT Campus recently launched the Management Skills Development Programme in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK. This program is designed to systematically enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of individuals in leadership and managerial roles. It equips participants with a broad perspective of their role in a developing economy, preparing them to maximize their impact in business, finance, industry, and commerce.

The occasion was also graced by Ms. Khamya Perera (President of CMI Sri Lanka), who spoke about the importance of corporate leadership in elevating the Sri Lankan economy. Industry veterans, including Mr. Ravi Jayawardena (Group CEO of Maliban Biscuits Manufactories Pvt Ltd), discussed the role of corporate leadership in the manufacturing industry. Dr. Tharindu Atapattu (Director/CEO, Swisstek Aluminum Ltd, Lanka Swisstek Pvt Ltd) presented insights in line with the CMI UK leadership program.
