These scholarships are intended to support the educational journeys of the nation’s most promising students, helping them to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Since its inception in 2003, the ‘Nanajaya’ Scholarship programme has awarded scholarships worth over 139 million rupees to 3,148 students pursuing higher education. The programme is well-regarded among university students in Sri Lanka, particularly those who achieve the highest Z-scores in the six main subjects of the GCE Advanced Level Examination.

This dual approach ensures that exceptional students from across the country receive the recognition and support they deserve.
