Amana Bank is honoured to announce that they have once again won the Gold Award for Best Common ATM Enabler of the Year (Category C) at the recently concluded LankaPay Technnovation Awards 2025. This recognition is a testament to the Bank’s continued commitment to advancing payment technology and delivering seamless, innovative banking solutions for its customers.

The LankaPay Technnovation Awards, organized by Sri Lanka’s national payment network LankaPay, recently celebrated its seventh edition, recognizing pioneers of technology innovations in the financial services sector of the country. As the only awards dedicated to payment technology innovation in Sri Lanka, the event has become a highly anticipated occasion within the banking community.

The awards ceremony took place on the 26 March, at Shangri-La Colombo, and was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), who served as the Chief Guest, alongside Eng. Eranga Weerarathne, Deputy Minister of Digital Economy and Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya, Chief Advisor to the President on Digital Economy, who were the Guests of Honour.
