ABOUT THE SURVEY

LMD’s annual online survey, hosted on www.LMD.lk, received over 3,200 responses between 13 June and 15 August 2025. The poll covered 40 categories of service organisations (that’s four more than last year) where participants were invited to vote for their preferred establishments for service excellence. The results highlight organisations ranked by the number of votes cast by respondents.
