The Unlabelled Runway 2026, a purpose-driven fashion showcase celebrating inclusion, individuality, resilience and belonging, was held on 25 September 2026 at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, bringing together fashion, social impact and inspiring stories on one stage.

Presented by Caroline J Global Holdings, the second edition of The Unlabelled Runway moved beyond the conventional fashion show format, creating a platform where professional models, designers, public personalities, cancer survivors, persons with disabilities and young people from diverse backgrounds shared the runway.

The event was hosted at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, the official Hospitality Partner, and brought together approximately 600 guests from the corporate, fashion, entertainment and social sectors.

The initiative was conducted in collaboration with Roshan Mahanama Trust, Indira Cancer Trust, SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka and Child Action Lanka, with the partner organisations supporting the event’s wider purpose of creating greater visibility, confidence and opportunities for individuals and communities that are often underrepresented.

A key highlight of the evening was the Pink Collection, dedicated to breast cancer awareness and recognising the courage, resilience and strength of those affected by cancer. The segment brought together an inspiring lineup of internationally and nationally recognised personalities, including Solange Tuyishime Keita, UNICEF Canada Ambassador & Advocate for Women and Girls, Sargam Koushal, Mrs. World 2022, Caroline Jurie, Mrs. World 2020; Founder & Chairperson, Caroline J Global Holdings / Founder, The Unlabelled Runway, Anudi Gunasekara, Miss World Sri Lanka 2024; Model, Social Activist, TV Presenter & Radio Host, Sadé Greenwood, Miss World Sri Lanka 2021 / Miss Sri Lanka for Miss World 2021, Ishadi Amanda, Mrs. Sri Lanka World 2024 & 1st Runner-Up, Mrs. World 2024, Madhi Malar Muralidaran, Entrepreneur, Maria Miller, Head of Cultural Branch, Counsellor – Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka and to the Republic of Maldives, Prathibha Liyanaarachchi, Miss World Sri Lanka 2025 / Sri Lanka’s representative at Miss World 2026; Fashion Designer & Model, Yureni Noshika, Actress, Model, Singer & Media Personality, Tishani Perera, Miss Grand Sri Lanka 2025 and First-Ever MGI All Stars Sri Lanka 2026, and Iman Cadar, Model, Artist, DJ & Miss Planet Sri Lanka 2020, who came together in solidarity with those affected by breast cancer.

The event also welcomed Olivia Quido as its Chief Guest, a Filipino-American master esthetician, skincare entrepreneur and executive, Founder and CEO of O Skin Med Spa and Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare, and Vice President for Global Partnerships of the Miss Universe Organisation. Her presence added an international dimension to an evening that brought together fashion, advocacy, empowerment and social impact.

The runway featured collections by leading Sri Lankan designers, including Sammani Pathiranagama of O-Live, Amilani Perera, Darshi Keerthisena of Buddhi Batiks, Brian Kerkoven, and Venuka Wickramaarachchi of Diamantè by Venuka. Their collections explored themes ranging from Sri Lankan heritage and individuality to resilience, transformation, strength and renewal.

Commenting on the initiative, Caroline Jurie, Founder and Chairperson of Caroline J Global Holdings, said: “The Unlabelled Runway was created with a simple belief that everyone deserves to be seen, valued and given an opportunity to shine. This year, seeing people from such different journeys share the same runway reminded us why this platform matters. Fashion gave us the stage, but the people and their stories gave the evening its meaning.”

The evening also marked the launch of The Unlabelled Platform, a digital initiative designed to connect differently abled young people with corporates and organisations seeking to create inclusive employment opportunities, extending the event’s purpose beyond the runway.

The Unlabelled Runway 2026 demonstrated how fashion can serve as a platform for representation, awareness and opportunity, bringing together creative expression and meaningful social impact under one shared message: Where Everyone Belongs.
